We are pleased to announce the introduction of our brand new 2-bedroom units, designed with the needs of people with mobility access needs in mind.
We have two separate units available, they have been designed to be mobility friendly with wheelchair access and allow for carer assistance.
Unit 1: Has two bedrooms, both rooms with a queen size bed.
Unit 2: Has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite access. The second bedroom has two single beds.
UNITS ARE STRICTLY 100 % SMOKE FREE INDOORS.
SLEEPING: All beds are made up with linen, doona, pillows and towels.
MAIN AREA: Each unit has a kitchen, lounge room, dining, shower and toilet, spilt system air conditioning / heating.
COOKING: The kitchen has a microwave, four burner gas hotplates, full size fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, saucepans.
ENTERTAINMENT: The lounge and both bedrooms in each unit come with a large LCD flat screen TVs with DVD and CD players / ceiling fans in each room / lounge room.
SAFETY: Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket. These units are of a very high standard with own carports.
OUTSIDE: Private bbq, own out door chairs and table under cover, private clothes line, rubbish bin. Wheel chair or scooter recharge area.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Communal laundry with tubs and coin operated washing and drying machines (fee) ironing bench and free iron.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED WITH YOUR BOOKING:
- No wood/coal/coke BBQs allowed.
- Exceeding the number of persons identified at time of making booking.
- Erection of tents beside unit or additional persons sleeping in cars.
- Folding beds or Lilo’s in units.
- Use of electric iron in units – always use laundry ironing bench.
- Use of radiators/heaters, candles & oil burners & mosquito coil burners indoors.
- Storage in unit of bicycles, bring your bike locks.
