CAR PARKING: ONE SPACE PER CABIN. EXTRA VEHICLES AND BOATS STRICTLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY
SIZE: 22ft x 11ft – INTERNAL ENSUITE.
CAPACITY: CABINS DESIGNED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 ADULTS OR 2 ADULTS AND UP TO 3 CHILDREN.
OPEN PLAN STUDIO DESIGN – INTERNAL ENSUITE IN SEPARATE ROOM.
MAIN AREA: Kitchen, dining & double bed plus a bunk area separated by a partition wall and curtain. Provisions for cup of tea & or coffee on arrival.
HEATING/COOLING: Quiet split system units for thermostatic controlled heating and air conditioning.
ENTERTAINMENT: Flat screen LCD TV and DVD/CD player.
SLEEPING: Innerspring double bed (with electric blanket in cooler months), mattress protector, fitted with full linen and blankets for two persons. Triple bunk bed unit – with padded and vinyl mattress protectors and fitted base sheets. Doona hire for bunks available. Dining table and chairs, couch, ceiling fan, bedside clock. Bath mat, hand towel & soap, tea towel, sponge, scourer and detergent.
SAFETY: Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket.
COOKING: 5 burner gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster electric jug, electric fry pan, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
OUTSIDE: Individual picnic tables, clothes line and rubbish bin. No wood/coal/coke BBQ’s allowed. COMMUNAL ELECTRIC BBQ’S (FEE)
INFANT FACILITIES: Space for cots within cabins is severely restricted. Infant bath tub in communal laundry. Toddlers playground & summer wading & swimming pools – fenced.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Communal laundry with tubs and coin operated washing and drying machines (fee) ironing bench and free iron.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED WITH YOUR BOOKING:
- Exceeding the number of persons identified at time of making booking.
- Erection of tents beside cabin or additional persons sleeping in cars.
- Folding beds or Lilo’s in cabins.
- Use of electric iron in cabin – always use laundry ironing bench.
- Use of radiators/heaters, candles & oil burners & mosquito coil burners indoors.
- Storage in cabin of bicycles, bring your bike locks.
